Description

Be every student’s favorite teacher by making writing ENJOYABLE! This is a fun writing prompt to get kids wanting to write all about what their teacher should be for Halloween. This can be done digitally or print for it to be used in person. Use these interactive, editable Google Slides to easily have students create a costume for their teacher or themselves. 2 PROMPTS

What is in this download?

• 15 Slides
  GREAT for Virtual or In-Person Teaching
  Use pages 3-7 for students to design and write about what their teacher should be for Halloween. Use pages 8-11 for students to write about what they would like to be for Halloween.
• Pg. 1 & 2 is the Cover with Directions and spooky audio music for you to add to a new presentation when all the designs are complete for sharing with the class or others.
• Pg. 3 and 8 are for brainstorming ideas. Students can do this digitally using the Google Slide or you can print them out for them to do in-person.
• Pg. 4 and 9 are for student to digitally write. (no lines and text boxes provided)
• Pg. 5 and 10 are for printing with primary lines.
• Pg. 6 and 11 are for printing with intermediate lines.
• Use pages 12 and 15, if students want to digitally decorate their costumes.
• If students are designing costumes in-person they can color, paint or add real fabric and yarn for hair to the projects. They can be creative!

Delete any slides you don’t want to use.

Digitally, after all the students complete their projects, I provided spooky music for you to take all their digital slide creations and play as a presentation with the music. This is great for your school celebrations or to share with others digitally.

For added fun, add an image of yourself to the body. (see video tutorial HERE)

Slide backgrounds CAN NOT be edited. You can copy and paste parts.

You can delete slides you don’t want to send to students, add your own directions or images to the sides of the slides to personalize.

INTENDED FOR ANY GRADE

>>>>> YOU DO NOT need Google Classroom to use Google Slides. It will force a copy of it on your Google Drive. Students do not need to have Google Classroom to participate. They will need a Google account, which does not have to be a Gmail account, but just an account with Google that gives them access to Google Drive. <<<<<<

Easily share through Google Classroom to collect information or share from your computer to Zoom or Meets. Students move images, add text, and moving parts to get plenty of writing and computer practice!
